In view of our above aim, we will provide value to our target market in 4 different channels:
- Household:refers to residential and homeowners; who will have the direct opportunity to exchange their internally generated plastic waste for value like immediate cash, savings, school fee payment, health service payment and charity
- Agents: are those willing to make more income buy collecting/buying plastic waste from household and directly sell to Switch.
- Independent Aggregator: are large-scale waste collectors, with the capacity to generate 1 metric ton of plastic waste monthly, who will be willing to directly sell the waste to switch Recycling
- Corporate: here refers to organizations, entities and government parastatals willing to partner with Switch Recycling to create a cleaner environment and additional value for waste generated from their activities; by choosing Switch Recycling as their waste manager.
